The Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Ladies Auxiliary are groups who serve Veterans, Military and the community.

Our Mission

The mission is to preserve Veterans and Military rights. We also strive to promote Patriotism and community service. We are a nationally recognized non-profit organization. Our headquarters is in Kansas City.

Becoming a Member

Eligibility requirements:
VFW you must have served in an approved foreign military campaign example: World War II, Korean War, Vietnam, Desert Shield/Storm, Bosnia, Afghansitan, and Iraqi Freedom. If you served in a different overseas conflict or received hazard pay please check with us to see if you qualify. The list of qualified campaigns is to long to post here.

Ladies Auxiliary: Must be an immediate family member of a VFW member example: mother, wife, sister, daughter, or granddaughter.

Meetings:
The Post meetings are the last Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
 
The Ladies Auxiliary meetings are the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
 
Both meetings are held at the National Guard Armory on Vine street
